Ingredients

– Green peas
– Garlic
– Grated ginger
– Green chilli
– Onion
– Chana dal
– Garam masala
– Kasuri methi
– Salt
– Black salt
– Ghee

Instructions

To make green peas kebab, first soak the chana dal overnight. Now wash it in the morning and boil it and let it boil until it becomes completely soft. Now wash onion, garlic and green chillies thoroughly and chop them finely. Boil green peas also well. Now take a pan and heat two spoons of oil in it. When the oil becomes hot, add grated ginger, garlic and green chillies to it. Fry it for 20 to 30 seconds. Now add onion and stir until it turns golden. When the onion becomes golden, add salt, peas and gram lentils to it. Now add garam masala in it.

Now when it is cooked well, cool it and then grind it in the mixer. Now put this paste once again in the pan and fry it well for some time. When it is roasted, add Kasuri Methi to it and mix well. Now apply oil on your palm and take the paste in the palm and give it the shape of kebab. Bake on a non-stick pan until golden on both sides or deep fry. Serve hot matar kebab with favorite chutney or sauce.
