WhatsApp is constantly introducing new features to make chatting easier. One of the latest features allows you to pin more than one important message at the top of a group or individual chat. Previously, you could only pin one message, but now you can pin up to three messages. This makes it easier for you to find these important messages whenever you need to.
To pin a message on WhatsApp:
- 1. Press and hold the message you want to pin.
- 2. Tap on the three dots menu and choose “Pin”.
- 3. Select how long you want this message to stay pinned (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
To unpin a message:
- 1. Press and hold the pinned message.
- 2. Go to the three dots menu and choose “Unpin”.
You can pin up to three messages in any chat, whether it’s an individual chat or a group chat. Once you’ve pinned a message, you can choose to keep it at the top for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
Also, remember that you can “star” any message to easily find it later. You can star as many messages as you want. However, this feature is only visible to you; others in the group chat won’t see these starred messages at the top.
